. LYNtd00D ADOPTING BUDGBT AND APPROVING FIP,ST
SUPPLEI'+IENTAL MET4QRANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EY-
PENDITURE OF, GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR
CITY STREETS �
" WIiEREAS, a first suppleniental memorandum of a�reement has
been presented �o be entered into with the State of,California in
accordance with a project statement submitted by'the City of Lyntivood
. for er.penditure of the gas tax allocation to cities for the fiscal
year 1g57, and
. �r1HEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
- in full and is fasniliar with the contents thereof;
�. THLREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted
as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to
' cities, and said agreen.ent be and the same is hereby approved and
the Ma.yor and the Ci�y Clerk are directed to sigri the same on behalf
�of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its
execution by the authorized officials of the State.
