A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING MAP FOR REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 110 EAST MAIN STREET
WHEREAS, the zoning map designates real estate for the property at 110 East Main Street, as M-1 Light Industrial District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-4 General Business District for said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate located at 110 East Main Street and further described
below is hereby changed to C-4 General Business District.
Being all of Lot Two (2) and parts of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Robert Morrison’s Addition to the City of Richmond, Indiana. More particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Lot Three (3) Robert Morrison’s Addition on the north line of Main Street, in the City of Richmond, Indiana, seventy-four and seven tenths (74.7)
feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot Three (3); thence north parallel with the east line of Lot Three (3) one hundred sixty (160.00) feet to the north line of Lot Four (4)
and south line of a fourteen and one-half (14.50) foot alley; thence west along the south line of said alley ninety-three (93.00) feet; thence south one hundred sixty (160.00) feet
to the southwest corner of Lot Two (2) and the north line of Main Street; thence east along the north line of Main Street ninety-three (93.00) to the place of beginning.
ALSO, that part of vacated alleys in the Robert Morrison Addition added to the above described real estate, as set out in Plat Book 11, page 558 and recorded August 12, 1974 in the office
of the Wayne County Recorder
Passed and adopted this 4th day of May, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
