The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
697, an ordinance amending chap-
ter 3 of the city code of ordinances
pertaining to edible cannabinoid
products. The ordinance makes it
a petty misdemeanor for persons
under the age of 21 to use or pos-
sess edible cannabinoid products,
as that term is defined in Minnesota
Statutes, section 151.72.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
