The ordi- nance prohibits the sale of edible cannabinoid products, as that term is defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 151.72, while the city un- dertakes a study regarding such products and sales. While the or- dinance is in effect, no business, person, or entity may sell edible cannabinoid products to the pub- lic within the jurisdictional bound- aries of the city, and the city will not accept, process, or act on any application, site plan, building per- mit, or zoning or other approval for a business proposing to engage in the sale of edible cannabinoid products.
