CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-07
RESOLUTION MODIFYING RESOLUTION NO.02-64
WHEREAS, on July 5, 2000, the city council of the city of Medina (the "City") adopted
Resolution No. 00-30 granting preliminary approval to the plat of Park Ridge Acres; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 00-03 required that David Kearin and Marjorie Kearin and
Richard Rudd and Shane Rudd (the "Applicants") submit the final plat for approval within three
years of the date of the resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 02-64 granted an extension for submittal of the final plat until July
5, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota department of transportation ("MnDOT") has delayed
construction of an access road which will serve Park Ridge Acres; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested a additional time before having to submit the
final plat as a result of MnDOT's postponement of the roadway project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Applicants shall be given until July 5, 2006 to submit the plat of Park Ridge
Acres for final approval; and
2. All other terms and conditions of Resolution No. 00-30 are hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Workman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Zietlow)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
