HomeMy Public PortalAbout2004-012 Resolution Granting Final Plat Approval for Medina Business SuitesMember Workman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.04-12 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR MEDINA BUSINESS SUITES WHEREAS, C&C Investments, LLP, a Minnesota limited liability partnership (the "Applicant") has applied to replat certain land in Medina which is currently legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Wild Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the preliminary approval of Medina Business Suites was granted on December 16, 2003. WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested final approval of Medina Business Suites, which plat has been reviewed by city staff for compliance with city ordinances and the terms of preliminary plat approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota that final plat approval for Medina Business Suites is hereby granted, conditioned upon the adoption and publication of an ordinance rezoning the Property to Planned Unit Development and subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. In lieu of dedication of land, the Applicant must pay a park dedication fee of $19,900 or such other amount as determined by the city staff in conformance with the city ordinance. The fee shall be payable prior to issuance of the first building permit; 2. The Applicant must pay an administrative fee to the city in an amount sufficient to reimburse the city for the costs of reviewing the Planned Unit Development and plat; and 3. The Applicant must file the plat of Medina Business Suites within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void. Dated: March 3, 2004 ATTEST: Chad M.
