AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, SCHEDULE G (STOP
INTERSECTIONS), SUBPARAGRAPH (B) (OTHER SPECIFIED INTERSECTIONS), BY
THE DELETION OF TOMLEE ROAD; AND SCHEDULE H (YIELD SIGNS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (A), BY THE ADDITION OF SOUTH TEN MILE DRIVE AT TOMLEE
ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, Schedule G, (Stop Intersections), Subparagraph (b)
(Other Specified Intersections), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the deletion of a portion of Tomlee Road, as follows:

Section 2. Section 19-401, Schedule H(A), (Yield Signs) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the Addition of South Ten Mile Drive at Tomlee
Road, as follows:
Column A Column B Column C
South Ten Mile Drive East Tomlee Road
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
