COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 6, 2011
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Chavez called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at
9:14 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Pulido, Agency Counsel Vail, Community
Development Director Masura, Agency Secretary Flandrick
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Blum moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Vice Chairman Yu and
unanimously carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmember -Blum, Sternquist, Vizcarra, Yu, Chavez
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
ABSTAIN: Councilmember -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 15, 2011, as presented.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 11 -1038 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 11- 1038, a RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $2,363.00 DEMAND NO. 3833.

Executive Director Pulido reported that there were no new details regarding the court's ruling
on the future of redevelopment agencies.
