RE507,IITION'APPROVING AND CON.n'IRMING REPORT On THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS "r'OR SIDEWALK REPAI$ ON
'.FECIIMSEH AVENUE.
WHEBEAS, pursuant to the nrovisions of Division 7, CHapter
22, Sections 5600 .. 5629 both inclusine, of the Streets and Highways Code,
the Superintendent of Streets has caused the repair of cert$in sidewalks on �
the north side o£ Tecumaeh APenue easterly from I,ong Beach Boulevard, and
Wff�REAS, all proceedir�s in connection with this improvement
including proper not3ces to property owners are properly taken and the work
satisfactorily completed and accepted by the City'of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent o£ Streets has filed a report
in connection with said improvement setting forth the costs, proposed assess—
ments, benefited properties,.etc;
NOW THFRE+ORE EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City •`
� o£ Lynwood,as follows:
Section 1. That said report, unmodi£ied, is hereby adopted
and confirmed.

Gentlemen:
Parsuant to the provisions o£ Section 5617 Division '7, Part 3, of the Streets
and Highways Code, the £ollowing report is submitted:
'+�ork cousisted o£ the removal of exi.sting broken and damaged sidewalk on the
North side of Tecwnseh Avemze between the westerly line of Lot 112 of Tract
No. 52z2, MaP Book 59,.page 71, and the easterly line o£ the westerlg 40 feet
of Lot 114 of said tract, and the replacement of same with }1�2 inch cement
concrete side walk ?4 feet wide. The work was performed by Wm. J. Whitta,ker
and eompleteQ JuZy 22, 195� at a total cost oP $2�k5.00.
Proceedings were had and taken pursuant to the provisions o£ Division 7,
Chapter 22, Sections 56oa56z9 both inclusive, of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
