CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-20
RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF LOT
COMBINATION
WHEREAS, the Farmers State Bank of Hamel (the "Applicant") is the fee owner of the
properties located at 135 and 145 Hamel Road (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has applied to combine the lots constituting the Property under
the city's subdivision regulations; and
WHEREAS, on March 9, 2004 the planning commission considered the proposed lot
combination; and
WHEREAS, the city council considered the matter at its meeting of March 16, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina,
that the proposed lot combination is hereby approved, conditioned upon the Applicant's payment
of an administrative fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the cost of reviewing
this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Brinkman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
