ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN 'PHE CITY Or LYNWOOD TO PAY
�OR SIDEWALK REPAIRS.
VIHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Asticle 2, Chapter 22,
Part 3, Division � of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, i
the Superintendent of Streets of the City of I,ynwood kias caused the repair
of certain sidevralks along the northerly side of Tecumseh Avenue in the City
of Lynwood, and
. NlFiEREAS, said vrork has been completed and the as�esaments'therefor
remain unpaid, and
WAEREAS, the City Council has heretofore on the 3rd day of August,
1954 conducted a hearing and confirmed the zeport of the Superintendent of
Streets, and •
WEEREAS, all the provisions of said Article 2 0£ the Streets and
Highways Code have been fully complied with;
NOW THEREr'pRE EE IT RESOLVED as follows;
Section 1: That the liens covering unpaid asaessmenta on the
propertiea herein referred to be turned over to the County Auditor for collection
with other�: taxes against the properties in accordance with the provisions of
Section 5628,.Chapter 23, Division 7, Part 3 of the aforementioned Streets and
Hi�ways Code. -
