A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, APPROVING REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER
AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE
' PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF ALMA AVENUE BETWEEN LONG
$EACH BOULEVARD AND CALIFORNIA AVENUE By THE CON-
' STRUCTION OF CURBS, DRIVE67AYS, SIDEWALKS, AND -
GUTTERS, AND THE REMOVAL OF EXSSTING PARKWAYS,
DRIVEWAYS, AND TREES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-wit, the
construction of cement concrete curbs, driveways, sidewalks, and
plant-mixed gutters, and the removal of existing parkways, driveways,
and trees on Alma Avenue between Long Beach Boulevard and California
Avenue, all as shown on Plan No 1954-.7-2 has been.prepared bg the
City Engineer and delivered to the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
� as provided in Division 4 of the 5treets and Highways Code, ci�ed as
` the "Special Assessment, Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act oP 1931"
as amended, as directed by said City Council at its regular meeting
held on ° Augusterl7 , 1954
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: ,
].. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
, approve said report and orders that said report be filed with the
City Clerk,'
2. That the City Council hereby fixes the 19th day of
Oc.tobar, 1954 at the hour of 8 otclock p,m, as the day and hour, and
the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, in the City
of Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and all persons
interested may appear before said City Council and be heard on any
matter pertaining to said report,
