RESOLUTION RESCINDING ACTION ON ASRSEXATION Or OZELI�
MANOR N0..4
WAEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has heretofore
passed its Resolntion No. 2560 describing the proposed annexation lrnown as
Ozell Manor No. 4, and set date of hearing, and
'dAEREAS, said hearing was held in the time, form, and manner
reauired by law, and
WAFREAS, at said hearing one written protest representing a minor
portion of the property proposed to be annexed was received and read, and
WHEREAS, it now appears that the a£orementioned proceedings were
in error as to the description of the boundaries of the proposed anne�tion.
, NOW THEHErORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of.
Lynwood as follows:
1. That all previous actions and proceedings o£ the City Council
relating to said proposed anne�tion are hereby rescinded, repealed, and tarminated.
2. .That new proceedinga for the annexation of aforementioned,
Ozell Manor No. 4 be instituted in the time, form and manner required by law.
