RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT.DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF ALMA AVENUE BETGIEEN LONG BEACH BOULEVARD AND
CALIFORNIA AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS,
DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, AND GUTTERS, AND THE RE-
MOVAL OF EXISTING'PARKWAYS, DRIVEWAYS, AND TREES.' ,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: That Plans and Specifications No..1954-,7-3
for the improvement of Alma Avenue between Long Beach Boulevard and.
California Avenue by the construction of curbs, driveways, sidewalks,
and �utters, and the removal of existing parkways, driveways, a,nd
trees, including all incidental arid appurtenant work, as prepared and
submitted by the City Engineer of said City on the 16th day of
November, 1954 be and the same are hereby adopted as the official
plans and specifications for doing said work and making said improve-
ment. Said plans and specifications shall govern for all details
of the proposed work, �
Section 2: That the map or plat marked Plan No. 1954-J-4
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay�the costs and expenses of said work or improvement, be and
the same is hereby ad.opted as the official map of the assessment
: °district for said work or improvement.
