RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
' CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF A"PORTION OF PLATT AVENUE BY THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANT
WORK.
WI�REAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 1911, and amend-
ments thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 2536 on the 2nd day of March Z954 de-
claring its intention to order certain work to be done. Reference is
hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of the
work or improvement, the assessment district, and for further parti-
culars, which resolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk
" of said City; and
WI�REAS, the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution of
Intentidn have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner
required by law; and.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment has
been published, posted, and mailed as required. by law; and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assessment
was held on the 6th day of July 1954 and
Wf�REAS, there were no oral or written protests or objections,
NOW, THER�FORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood,� as follows:
Section l: That the assessment is �just and correct and in
accordance with law and that all of the actions, determinations, reso-
lutions, and orders, and all of the proceedings heretofore taken are
legal, valid, and sufficient and that the diagram•attached to said
assessment is legal, valid, and sufficient, �
Section 2. That said proceedings and said assessment are
hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be
. attached thereto accordingly.
