RESOLUTION N0. 2551
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE MATTER
OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF PLATT AVENUE BY
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANT
WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l: That the assessment diagram for the improve-
ment in Platt Avenue between the northerly prolongation of the
westerly line of Elm Avenue and a line 200 feet westerly thereoP
and parallel thereto, as shown on Plan No. 1954 on file in the
office of' the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, be and the same
is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of said City is directed
to certiPy the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Superintendent of Streets of said City and shall deliver said
diagram to said Superintendent o£ Streets.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this lst day of June, 19 4.
