RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING ENGINEER�S REPORT AND AUTH-
ORIZING THE LEVYING OF ASSESSMENT COVERING
STREET LIGHTING EXPENSES FOR THE 1 95'+-55�FI�e�z,
YEAR. "'
WI�REAS, the City Engineer has heretoY'ore filed with the
City Council a report setting Porth the estimated costs and expenses
for the maintenance of street lighting service to the City of Lynwood
for the 1954-55 f'iscal year, together with the assessment diagram and
assessment roll; -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
l. That said report, diagram, and assessment roll is
hereby adopted and approved unmodified;
2. That the levying oP the assessment as proposed in said
report is hereby authorized and approved;
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit to
the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector the assessment roll and
assessment diagram.
