IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION
OF PLATT AVENUE BY TI-IE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
SEWERS AND APPURTENANT WORK.
RESOLUTION OF AtaARD OF CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did in •
open session on the 20th day of April 1954 publicly open, examine,
and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the following work to
be done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit: All that
certain work and improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention
No. 2536 passed and adopted by said City Council on the 2nd day of
March, 1954, which Resolution of Intention is on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said City and is hereby referred to for a description
of said work or improvement, the boundaries of the district to be •
assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said.i;work and for further
particulars.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that
it re,ject, and it does hereby re,ject all of said proposals or bids
except the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for
doing said work or improvement to the lowest, regular, responsible
bidder, to-wit: D. R. Cleveland Sewer Const. Co.
at the prices for saidtwork or improvement named in said bid, which
bid is on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and is
hereby referred to for further particulars.
The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to publish
