There will be no adornment,cap,or any addition above the newly-created top level of the fence. In the event the fence is to be expanded at the same • height as the modified fence,a permit will need to be secured for the extension and a new fence will have to be constructed,which also cannot have any adornment,cap,or other addition to the • top. Thus,the newly-constructed fence would be consistent with the existing fence after being • modified by removal of the top layer of cinder block. Tybee will dismiss the citation,number 009666,and the issue will be put to rest. • I think this adequately resolves the matter and I certainly hope that is the case.
