CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-25
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURE OF THE METROPOLITAN
COUNCIL CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council and City of Medina desire to enter into an
agreement for construction of the Elm Creek Interceptor — Medina Leg, which will allow
changes to the Metropolitan Council's Manhole No. 34 ("MH-34") in order to allow
future hookup by Medina to the Metropolitan Council's Interceptor.
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council desires the City Council to authorize the Medina
City Administrator and Medina City Attorney to execute a Construction Cooperative
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Medina, authorizes City Administrator Chad M. Adams and City Attorney Ron Batty to
execute a Constructive Cooperative Agreement with the Metropolitan Council.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Workman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
