RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF A PORTION OF PLATT AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: That Plans and Specifications No. 1954_p-3
for the improvement of portions of Platt Avenue by the construction
of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers together with manhole,
lamphole, wye branches, and all appurtenant work, as prepared and
submitted by the City Engineer of said City on the 2nd day of
March i954 be, and the same are hereby adopted. as the official
plans and specifications for doing saido.work and making said
improvement. Said plans and specifications shall �overn for all
details of the proposed work.
Section 2: That the map or plat marked Plan No. 1954
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the costs and expenses of said work, or improvement, be and
the same is hereby adopted as the official.map.of the assessment
district for said work or improvement.
