CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-26
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO THE
PLAT OF WEBER HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the city of Medina (the "City") has received an application from Kevin Weber
and Sara Weber (the "Applicants") regarding the replatting of certain land in Medina located at
4642 Walnut Street, which land is currently legally described as Lots 17 and 18, Block 7,
Independence Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City granted preliminary approval of the plat, previously called Webers
Woods but which will now be known as Weber Heights, on January 20, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested final approval of the plat, which plat has been
reviewed by city staff for compliance with city ordinances and the terms of preliminary plat
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval of the plat of Weber Heights is hereby granted, subject to the
following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must pay an administrative fee to the City in an amount sufficient to
reimburse the city for the costs of reviewing the plat; and
2. The final plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this
resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Workman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
