Member Reid introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-115
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM JAMES VICTORSEN
WHEREAS, James Victorsen has generously offered to donate a check in the amount of
$500 to the City of Medina (the “City”); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the Medina Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to James
Victorsen for his generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that the City accepts the Donation and thanks James Victorsen.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cavanaugh upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Cavanaugh, DesLauriers, Martin, Reid
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
