• RESOLUTION Ob' INTENTION TO ABATE DRY AND DRYING
W�EDS ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE CITY OF

' 4dHEREAS, Chapter 13 of the Government Code, cited as "Weed
and Rubbish Abatement" provides for abatement of dry and dr,ying ioeeds
that const3tute a public nuisance, and
k�REAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Ci�y
Council of the City of Lynwood by the Superintendent of Streets that
there exists a public nuisance on certain parcels of' land in the
City of Lynwood, as hereinafter more particularly described, '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City oF LynUaood as follows: �

notices to be posted in the time, form, and manner required by law.

under an Act of the Legislature of the State of California designated
� as the Government Code, Chapter 13, Sections 93500 et seq „ cited as
"Ldeed and Rubbish Abatement", and aniendments thereto.
4. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the ".2�c1 day
of D�arch 1954 at the hour of 8;00 p.m, at the Counoil Chamber of
the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, in said City oF Lynvrood, any and
all persons having any objections or protests to said proposed work
may appear before said City Council and show cause why said proposed
work should not be carried out in accordance e�ith said Aet.
