A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, APRROVING REPORT OF THE CITY EN-
GINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE MAT-
T�R OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF THE FIRST
ALLEY NORTHERLY OF CENTURY BOULEVARD EXTENDING
EASTERLY FROM HARRIS AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 400�
. BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE GUTTER AND PLANT-
. MIXED PAVEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WF�REAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-wit: the
construction of a concrete gutter and plant-mixed pavement in the
�first alley northerly of Century Boulevard extendin� easterly from
' Harris Avenue approximately 400 feet, all as shown on Plan No.
1954-A-2 has been prepared by the City Engineer and delivered to
the City Council of the City of Lynwood, as provided in Division 4
of the Streets and Highways Code, cited as the "Special Assessment,
Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931" as amended, as directed
by said City Council at its regular meeting held on January 5, i954
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. Thzt the City Council of the City of Lynwood does here-
by approve said report and orders that said report be filed with the
City Clerk. .
2. That the City Council hereby fixes the 16th day of
February, 1954 at the hour of 8 o�clock p.m, as the day and hour,
and the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, in the
City of Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and all
persons interested may appear before said City Council and be heard
on any matter pertaining to said report.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to give the notice
�prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code referred
to and cited as "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
Majority Protest Act of 1931" to all persons designated in said section.
