CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-32
RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
FOR MAPLE WALK
WHEREAS, CBR Development, LLC (the "Applicant') is the fee owner of land in
Medina located near Maple Avenue and Oak Street which the Applicant has platted as Maple
Walk; and
WHEREAS, the city council granted final plat approval for Maple Walk on October 21,
2003; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant did not file the plat of Maple Walk with Hennepin County
within 60 days of final approval and has requested an extension of time to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the city hereby reaffirms its final plat approval for Maple Walk and grants
the Applicant an additional 30 days from the date of this resolution to file the final plat with
Hennepin County. Thereafter, the approval hereby granted shall be null and void and of no
further force or effect.
2. Nothing herein shall be deemed to alter the terms and conditions of the final plat
approval granted by the city council on October 21, 2003 pursuant to Resolution No. 03-35 with
the exception of the extension of the date for final plat filing.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
