RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,
LYNWOOD WITHbRAWING CERTAIN AREAS OF LAND AN-
NEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRTCT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood. has completed the annexation
of certain land, as hereinafter described., to said, City of Lynwood,
and
WHEREAS, said. City of' Lynwood does provid.e fire protection �
to said area of land, and ,"
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
Division 12, Part 3, Cha.p�er 2, Article 11, provides that whenever
any portion of a fire protection district is included within a city
by reason of annexation, such portion may be withdrawn from the dis-
trict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the following described. area of land be and. the
same is hereby d.eclared withdra.wn from said Consolidated Fire Pro-
tection District of Los Angeles County:

Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Tract 1Vo.
18629 as shown on map recorded. in Book 546 pages
39 and. 40 of Maps, records of Los Angeles County,
Calif'ornia, said point being on the easterly boundary
line of the City of Lynwood. as said. boundary line ex-
isted April 18 1955 thence northerly along said
boundary line to the most easterly corner of said.
Tract No. 1862g thence South 71 10� 55 ' T East 484.00
feet; thence South 18° 55�' 10" West 46�+.78 feet to a.
point on the southerly line of' Lot 2 of J. J. Bullis
`I`ract as shown on map recorded in Book 3, Pages 612
and 613 of' Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County;
thence North 71 10� 55" West along said. southerly
line of Lot 2 484.0o feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is d.irected and.
ord.ered to file copies of this resolution with the State Board of
Equalization, County Board of Supervisors, County Clerk, and County
Assesso�.
