RESOLUTION CONFIRMING TRANSFER OF LISA RESKO FROM
blUNICIPAL COURT TO POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the M;yo' and Council of the Borough of Cm-tcrel (thc "Borough") wished to
appoint Liszt Resko as a Dispatclner assigned lo thc Cartcret Police Department lhcreby
transferring her from the Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, the Council adopted a ,,oice Resolution at the Agenda meeting of August 10,
2000 in order to accomplish the transfer in an expeditious manner: and

NOVV, THEREFORE, BE It RESOLVED by tiao Mayor and Council of thc Borough of
