RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS,.SPECIFICATIONS,.AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT'FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF WRIGHT.ROAD BETWEEN FERNWOOD AVENUE AND CEN-
TURY BOULEVARD BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF VITRIFIED
CLAY.PIPE SANI'TARY SEWERS, TOGETI-IER WITH.ALL
INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK,
The.City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: That Plans and Speci£ications No. 1956-A-3
for the improvement of Wright Road between.Fernwood Avenue and
Century Boulevard by the construction of vitrified clay pipe sani-
tary sewers, together with all incidental and appurtenant work, as
prepared and submitted by the City Engineer of said City on the
16th day of October, 1956 be and the same are hereby adopted as
the official plans and specifications for doing said work and
making said improvement. Said plans and specifications shall govern
for all details o£ the proposed work.
Section 2: .That the map or plat marked Plan No. 1956-A-4
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the costs and expenses o£ said work or improvement, be and
the same is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment
. district for said work or improvement.
