' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN4100D APPROVING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND �'UTHOR-
` IZING LEVYING OF ASSESSMENT COVERING THE EXPENSES
OF ABATING DRY AND DRYING WEEDS FOR THE 1956-57
FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore filed with the
City Council a report setting forth the actual costs for the abate-
ment of dry and drying weeds that existed on certain parcels o£
land in the City of Lynwood for the 1g56-57 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows: �
1, That said report, together with the assessment roll
showing the various parcels of land assessed for abating said �
nuisance is hereby adopted and approved unmodified;
2. That the levying of the assessment is hereby authorized
and approved;
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to t�ansmit
�`� to the�County of Los Angeles Tax Collector the assessment roll for
assessment and collection,
