RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF BEECHWOOD AVENUE BETWEEN LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD AND CALIFORNIA AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF CURBS, GUTTERS, DRIVEWAYS AND SIDEWALKS,
AND THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING PARKWAYS, DRIVEWAYS,
AND PORTIOIVS OF SIDEWALKS,,INCLUDING ALL INCIDEN-
TAL AND APPURTENANT WORK,
WHEREAS, und.er the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 1911, and amend-
ments thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of -Intention No. 2618 on the 18th day o£ October, 1955,
deelaring its intention to order certain work to be done. Reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of
the work or improvement, the assessment district, and for further
particulars, which resolution 3s on file in the o£fice of the City
Clerk of said City, and
WHEREAS,.the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution o£
Intention have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner
required-by-law, and. - - - -- - - �
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
has been published, posted, and ma'iled as required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full.and' complete hearing on said assessment
was held on the 19th day of June, 1956, and
WHEREAS, there were no dral or written protests or
objections,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows•
Section l: That the assessment is just and correct_and in
aceordance with law and that all of the actions, d.eterminations, reso-
lutions, and orders, and all of the proceedings hereto£ore taken are
legal, valid, and sufficient and that the diagram attached to said
assessment is,legal, valid, and sufficient.
Section 2: That said proceedings and said assessment are
hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be

attached thereto accordingly.
