Wf�REAS, tne City Engineer oi the City of Lynwood did, on the lst
day of May, 195b, file �vitn the City Clerk as directed by Resolution No. 264� of
the City Council of the City of I,ynerood, a report setting £orth the costs and
expenses for street lightix� service in the City of Lynwood for the t�velve—�onth -
ueriod commencing July 1, 1956 together with the assessment diogram and assessment
ro11. Said irritten report ivas made piirsuant to the provisions o£ Sections 18090
and 18091 0£ C?�apter 6, Division 1$, Part 1, of the Streets aad Highways Code of
the State o£ California;
NOW TiiFRErORE BE IT RFSULVED by tne City Council of the City o£
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1: That said report, diagram, and assessment roll, unmodified,
is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2: Tnat the levying of the assessment as proposed �in said
report is hereby autnorized and approved.
Section 'i: Tha.t the�City Clerk of the City o£ I,ynwood is heraby
directed to transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector the and
as�essment roll upon which said levy is based, and said. County Tax Collector is
hereby authorized and directed to maice collections o£ all such assessments and to
perform all of the acts and duties as are required by said act to be performed by
