The City Council of the City of I,ynwood does hereby resolve as
f o 1lotac : �
Section 1: That the City Engineer by and he is hereby directed to
ma_Ke and file with the City Clerk of said city, a renort In writing covering the
mairitenance of all street lighting in said city for a period coramencin� July 1.
1956 and ending Jvne 30, 1957• �
Section 2: That said report ahall contain the following:
, (a) An estimate of the cost and exoense of the improvement for
the ensuing fiscal year.
(b) A diagram for the assessment district referred to in Resolution
of Intention i7o 2596 also the boundaries and dimensions of the respect3ve lota
or parcels of land within the district as it existed at the time of the making of
the last mentioned diagram, each of which lots or parcels shall be given a special
number on the diagram.
(c) A schedule showing the proportionate amount o£ the assessment to
be cnar�es in proportion to the benefits to be received by each lot or parcel shown
on the diagram required by Subdivision (b) of this Section.
Section 9: Thn.t such report snall be in compliance with the pro– .
visions of the Street Lighting Act o£ 1919, Part 1, Division 14, Chapter 6 of the
