HomeMy Public PortalAbout2004-041 Resolution Granting Final Plat Approval for Wild Meadows 5th AdditionMember Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.04-41 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR WILD MEADOWS FIFTH ADDITION WHEREAS, on May 15, 2001 the city of Medina (the "City") granted approval to Restoration Development, LLC (the "Developer") for the plat of Wild Meadows; and WHEREAS, Wild Meadows included outlots which the Developer intended to replat into future phases of the subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Developer has previously received approval for plats of Wild Meadows Second Addition, Wild Meadows Third Addition, and Wild Meadows Fourth Addition; and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested final approval of the plat of Wild Meadows Fifth Addition, which is a replat of a portion of Wild Meadows; and WHEREAS, the plat has been reviewed for its consistency with the approved plans for Wild Meadows and the ordinances and all other requirements of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is hereby granted for the plat of Wild Meadows Fifth Addition, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Final approval of the plat is conditioned upon execution of a PUD Development Ageement by and between the City and the Developer; 2. Final approval of the plat is conditional upon receipt by the City of an easement for trail purposes over Outlot D, Wild Meadows. 3. The Developer must pay to the City an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the City for the cost of reviewing this application; and 4. The Developer must file the plat of Wild Meadows Fifth Addition with Hennepin County within 180 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.
