CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-43
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT
REGARDING STREET, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER
MAIN IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE
BRIDGEWATER AT LAKE MEDINA PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous city council authorization, a report dated January, 2004
has been prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates with respect to the street, sanitary
sewer and water main improvements related to the Bridgewater at Lake Medina project; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed improvements
are necessary, cost-effective and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that said report is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutions was duly seconded by member Lane and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
