CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-44
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT
REGARDING WATER TREATMENT PLANT FACILITY
FOR HAMEL WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous city council authorization, a report dated August, 2004
has been prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates with respect to a Water Treatment
Plant for the Hamel Water System; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the improvement options
are necessary, cost-effective and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that said report is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutions was duly seconded by member Brinkman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
