RESOLUTION NO.04-51
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
UPTOWN HAMEL STORM WATER AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction by the city council, a report has been prepared by
Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates as consulting city engineer with regard to the proposal to
construct certain storm water and drainage improvements in the Uptown Hamel area and the report
was presented to the city council on September 21, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the feasibility report prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates is
hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Brinkman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
