Present were Councilman Byrd, Sanchez and Mayor Pro Tem Reyes.
Absent were Mayor Rea and Councilman Richards. �
, • Also present were Interim City Manager R. Davis, City Attorney Shan Thever, City Clerk
Hooper and Department Staff.

�} Interim City Manager Ralph Davis explained the items before Council was to approve the
Ho�vard•Jarvis Taxpayers Settlement Agreement as set forth in the resolution. After Davis

Councilman Paul Richards as the delegate, Councilman Sanchez and Councilman Reyes BYrd/Rey�
as altemati�es. Appointments of delegate and altemates was by General Consent of
Council.
