Member Brinkman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-52
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO THE PLAT OF
ROLLING GREEN BUSINESS CENTER OFFICE
CONDOMINIUMS
WHEREAS, the city of Medina (the "City") received an application from Klingelhutz
Development Company (the "Applicant") regarding the re -platting of certain land in Medina located
generally west of County Road 116 near Meander Road, which land is legally described in Exhibit
A attached hereto (the "Subdivision"); and
WHEREAS, the final plat of the Subdivision has been reviewed by city staff for its
conformance with the City's ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval of the plat of Rolling Green Business Center Office Condominiums is
hereby granted, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicant must grant an easement to the City for trail purposes over the easterly
15 feet of the Subdivision;
2. The Applicant must comply with the requirements of the city attorney's plat opinion;
3. The Applicant must pay an administrative fee to the city in an amount sufficient to
reimburse the city for the costs of reviewing plat of the Subdivision; and
4. The Applicant must file the final plat of the Subdivision with Hennepin County
within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the final approval hereby granted shall be null and
void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Workman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Brinkman
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Smith)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
