ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS),SCHEDULE(V)(DISABLED PARKING SPACES),
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A DISABLED
PARKING SPACE ON A PORTION OF ASH STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule (V), (Disabled
Parking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of a disabled parking space on a portion of Ash Street, as follows:
Ash Street: (300 block)on the east side thereof,between points 155 and 175 south of the south
curb line of Capital Ave.
. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
