AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS),SCHEDULE(V)(DISABLED PARKING SPACES),
AND SCHEDULE (J) (PARKING PROHIBITED) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO PORTIONS OF JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule (V), (Disabled
Parking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of a disabled parking space on a portion of Jefferson Street, as follows:
Jefferson Street(900 Block):on the west side thereof,between points 40 and 60 feet south of the
south curb line of Atchison St.
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule (J), (Parkina
• Prohibited), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended pertaining
to a portion of Jefferson Street, as follows:
Jefferson Street:on the west side thereof,extending a distance of eighty 40 feet from the southwest
comer of Atchison.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
