AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute all necessary instruments required to convey to Missouri Department of Transportation,the following real estate as described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B. Section 2.
