Interim Ciry Manager Davis stated the purpose of this meeting was to review the Budgct

It w�as moved by Mr. Richards, seconded by Mr. Byrd, to open Lynwood Redevelopment
Agency "at 1025 to be concurred with the Council Budget Review.

Councilman Richards congratulated stafEon the Mid Year Budget and stated a number of Richard

Departrnent Heads reviewed their budgeu. Public Works Director Joe Wang stated funds
were needed at Mid Year for Garage Fund, Operating Supplies (Sveet Signs, etc.)
By General Consent, Council requested ail. Budget Amendmenu be presented at next
workshop meeung. ,
, Ciry 7'rcasurer Pygaa presented her rcquest for Salary Increase Stipend, increase for pygatt
Lynwood Information, Inc., Lynwood Finance Authority, Lynwood Redevelopmrnt Salary
Agency Cash Management, Lynwood Redevelopment Agrncy and Ciry. Increas
It was moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Richards and carried to
