Mayor Sanchez stated we would re-arrange the agenda and open Lynwood Redevelopment Agency for a joint meeting which was adjourned to this date at 9:00 a.m. Council reconvened at PUBLIC ORALS Edwin Jacinto questioned the special assignment compensation for City Treasurer and E.Jacinto City Clerk.
