membe rs of C ity Council present. Mayor ProTem Ste rn qu ist joined the meeting at 7:29 p.m.
City Attorney Vail reported that Ci ty Council met in Closed Sess ion and rece ived an update
from staff an d the City Attorney on Item 4A (Anticipated Litigation). There is no other
reportable action .
