1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Vincent Yu called the Special Meeting to order at 7:04 a.m.

7:05am), Yu
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Community Development Director
Forbes, and Public Safety Supervisor Ariizumi
Captain Jacob, Sergeant Miranda, Deputy Adams, Deputy
Lam, Deputy Zuniga, Detective Ortiz and Detective Coloca

A. OVERVIEW OF LASD NARCOTICS BUREAU
Detective Christian Ortiz and Jaime Coloca gave an overview of the LASD
Narcotics Bureau.

Deputy Adams provided a brief overview of the number of sex offender
registrants, parolees, and probationers in the City.
B. OPERATIONS
Deputy Adams provided an update regarding arrests and operations in the
City.

Deputy Adams provided an overview of crime trends in neighboring cities
affecting Temple City.
