Mayor'Sanchez reopened the public hearing for a minimum of two (2) speakers due to tiine constraints far Lynwood Night Out. .. ,- Patricia Carr stated that on June 3, 1999 during the Planning Commission meeting there P. Carr - was a motion to continue the item for 30 days. However she received a letter regarding a Pl anni ng Special Meeting with in 72 hours of:the June 3, 1999 meeting. Also would like to know Commi ss i on Meeting 1 0 who called the meeting: Community Development Gary Chicots, or.his staff and if they violated the Citizens Rights. She stated she has address these complaints in her appeal. Also, Shirley Wolf is unable to find any paper-wark. This raises many questions. . Lang Tenance Lang inquired if Council could answer the residents instead of taking years to do so. Item # 10: Proposed Street�Vacation Portion of Wright Road, Right-Of-Way.
