CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-62
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR
HAMEL LEGION PARK SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the city of Medina (the "Applicant") is the owner of property located
generally west of Brockton Lane and south of Hamel Road known as Hamel Legion Park (the
"Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant intends to plat the Property to combine the existing parcels into
one lot; and
WHEREAS, preliminary plat approval was previously granted by the city council; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been reviewed for its compliance with the terms of
preliminary plat approval and of the ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicant for the plat of Hamel Legion
Park Second Addition.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Brinkman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Zietlow, Brinkman, Smith
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
