SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 21, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Yu called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember— Chavez, Fish, Man, Sternquist, Yu
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Vail, City Clerk Kuo, Parks and Recreation
Director Burroughs

City Attorney
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:32 p.m. and reconvened at 7:39
p.m. with all members present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session and
received a briefing from the City Attorney and City staff on Item 4A
(Anticipated Litigation). There is no other reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:39 p.m.
