REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 7, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Yu called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 8:25 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member — Chavez, Man, Yu
ABSENT: Member — Fish, Sternquist
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cook, Agency Attorney Vail, Agency
' Secretary Kuo
Agency Member Chavez made a motion to excuse Agency Member Fish and
Agency Member Sternquist. Seconded by Agency Member Man.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Agency Member Chavez made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar.
Seconded by Agency Member Man and carried by the following votes:
AYES: Agency Member — Chavez, Man, Yu
NOES: Agency Member — None
ABSTAIN: Agency Member — None
ABSENT: Agency Member — Fish, Sternquist
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes
of the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency meeting January 17, 2017.
Action: Approved.

PAYMENT OF BILLS
The Successor Agency is requested to adopt Resolution No. 17 -5240 -SA
authorizing payment of bills.
